You can download the Live Net Party Software Free. To use the software, you must be a registered user of TalkByPC.com. TalkByPC is America’s entirely Free Video Communication System. If you’re a business, you can also receive a Free 100 Video Line PBX Netphone Business System.
The client side software is downloaded to your computer and we grant a temporary license right, which is revocable at anytime, for any reason. If the software
is misused in any manner, which is not in compliance with our policy, your right to use, may be cancelled without notice.
The server side of the software is hosted by us. Internet Video Transmission requires much more bandwidth than audio and almost ten times more than text.
We charge a small Hosting Fee to defray the Video Bandwidth costs.

While the Software is Free to Use, there is a small hosting fee. It's only two cents a minute for each participant. The first three minutes of each daily use is Free.
Private (P) Party Host Moderators are responsible for their guest participant fees. Open (O) Public Party attendees must each Register and maintain an account to pay for their fees.
